This notice covers the public 4070 information website, its launch waitlist and forecaster inquiries. The signed-in weather platform, mobile apps and linked creator membership services have their own notices and agreements.
Who operates this site
Weather Decision Solutions, LLC operates this website. Contact info@weatherdecisionsolutions.com with privacy questions or requests about information you have provided.
When you browse
This site does not request your device location or set advertising, analytics or account cookies. Product screenshots, images and fonts are served with the site.
Our Google Cloud hosting receives technical request information, which can include an IP address, browser details, requested pages, request times and response status. This information supports delivery, security and troubleshooting. It is separate from a customer account or saved forecast location.
When you contact us
Email links open your email application. If you send a message, WDS receives your email address and the information you include so we can respond. Do not include passwords or payment-card details.
When you ask about forecasting with 4070
The forecaster inquiry form collects your name, email address, the option you are interested in and any channel, coverage, audience or message details you choose to add. WDS uses this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss the forecaster program. It does not sign you up for the launch waitlist or general marketing emails.
The form is processed through WDS’s Google Cloud systems and sent to our team’s inbox using Resend, our email delivery provider. Technical request information is used to limit abuse. Your inquiry is retained in our email systems for follow-up; contact us to request removal. Do not include passwords, payment information or private details about your followers.
When you join the 4070 waitlist
We collect the email address you enter, the time you consent and technical request information used to prevent abuse. We use your email only to send one update when new 4070 Pro signup opens. Joining is free and does not create an account, begin a trial or authorize a charge. Repeated submissions with the same email update one waitlist record rather than creating additional entries.
Waitlist records are stored in WDS’s access-controlled Google Cloud systems. Contact us at the address above to ask us to remove your email before launch.
When you follow a link
WDS, creator memberships and member sign-in open existing services. Those services handle their own account, form, billing and weather-location activity under their applicable notices and agreements. This website does not collect payment information. Image-source and license links also take you to their respective publishers.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the information website's data practices change. Adding account creation, checkout or analytics requires an updated notice describing that activity.
